Taylor grew up in the midwest but has been exploring the Wallowa’s on skis for the last 7 years, and recently moved to the area full time. Raised in a guiding family, he brings a practical, patient and thoughtful approach shaped by many seasons of expedition work in the polar regions. Taylor is humble with his expeditionary accomplishments, but you should ask him about his polar and alpine pursuits. Taylor is an AIARE instructor with the Wallowa Avalanche Center and is pursuing his AMGA ski guide certification. He will be completing his Pro 2 course this winter.
